Summary

• hide the child-ticket card on non-parent tickets and show a linked parent ticket when assigned
• add parent ticket selection to ticket create and persist parent assignments on create
• expose parent ticket data in the ticket payload and cover the flow with feature tests

Verification

• npm run build
• php artisan test tests/Feature/Projects/ProjectTicketControllerTest.php
