Summary

  • add an admin user creation page linked from the user management index
  • persist a must-change-password-on-next-login flag for managed users
  • enforce the forced password change flow until the user updates their password

Testing

  • npm run build
  • php artisan test tests/Feature/Admin/UserManagementControllerTest.php tests/Feature/Auth/AuthenticationTest.php tests/Feature/Settings/SecurityTest.php
