Prepare macOS version 0.1.5, build 5, so the merged install-menu fix and removal of the Dock update badge can be distributed as a newer app version. Synchronize native/package.json, Tauri configuration, Cargo.toml and the application entry in Cargo.lock; add release notes describing both UI fixes.

Validation: all 21 macOS release metadata/package tests passed. The actual repository metadata accepts macos-v0.1.5. The native macOS updater smoke test passed with the 0.1.5/build 5 display and install-menu state transitions. Diff checks passed.

The menu fix is already in main through PR #162. This PR prepares the version only; it does not create a release tag or publish binaries. After merging, the release tag is macos-v0.1.5.

Base and target: main, pulled before branch creation at d0c5d65f0e.
