Ticket linking now uses two fields: Action and Linked ticket. “Blocks” and “Blocked by” appear as individual actions, so users can create the relationship directly from either ticket without choosing a separate direction or seeing paired labels. The ticket view also removes incoming/outgoing badges and direction explanations.
Verified with 15 affected tests (106 assertions), the Vue/TypeScript check, frontend lint, and a local browser check that selected and saved both actions using exactly two dropdowns. Relationships with identical labels appear only once in the action list.
