Saved macOS workspaces now open directly at /dashboard while the workspace selection window stays hidden. The selection appears only for initial setup or connection recovery. Closing the workspace with the red window button quits the application, so reopening it from the Dock starts normally. Closing setup or recovery also quits when no workspace is ready.
Bump the release to 0.2.3, macOS build 9, and iOS build 3, including the Xcode project metadata. iOS startup behavior is unchanged.
Validation:
Native macOS WebView tests passed for saved online startup, offline retry, missing configuration, and invalid configuration; tests exercise window visibility and quitting via the close event.
Rust unit tests: 19 passed, 1 existing signing-dependent test ignored.
macOS app bundle built successfully; its metadata is 0.2.3 / 9.
Android verification remains skipped at the user's request. No new iOS runtime changes.
Follow-up to KAN-69 and PR #166. Base branch: main.
