KAN-55 enables links and file selection in the native apps while preserving the selected HTTPS installation and its session. Internal links, including links targeting a new window, stay in the workspace; external HTTP(S) links open outside it, and unsafe schemes or embedded credentials are rejected. Android now supports user-selected file uploads with cancellation and stale-result protection. iOS includes localized camera/photo usage descriptions and updates Back availability after same-document navigation; macOS adds Back/Forward menu actions.
Application and two-factor setup keys share a Clipboard API fallback that preserves modal focus, selection and unsaved input. Remote pages receive no native command capabilities.
This branch targets feature/KAN-54-ios-ipados-local-builds and includes the required feature/KAN-53-android-app-platform dependency, with their platform entry points and scripts combined.
Headless browser: avatar selection/preview/upload errors/retry/removal, security and application key flows, clipboard unavailable/denied fallback, actual 2FA dialog fallback, selection/focus preservation and failure cleanup.
18 targeted PHPUnit tests (134 assertions), production web build, ESLint, Vue/TypeScript check, whitespace check.
Simulator, emulator, device and native-app interaction tests are explicitly reserved for the user. No apps were controlled. In particular, final on-device checks of external link handoff, native file/photo pickers, cancellation, copy and Back navigation remain for that handoff. Swift tests were compiled, not executed. This dependent PR does not trigger the existing CI workflow, which is limited to PRs targeting main.
