KAN-52 adds a saved HTTPS installation address to the native launcher. The app reopens the selected server with its existing WebView session, confirms server changes, and uses a fresh isolated data store when switching installations. Laravel continues to control login, remember-me, 2FA, expiry and logout.
macOS 14 is now the minimum supported version, approved by the user, because persistent isolated WKWebView data stores require macOS 14 or later.
A local connection error appears when loading times out, with retry and a return path to an already loaded workspace. Existing forms are not reloaded or discarded on connection errors. Remote content retains no native capabilities, navigation stays on the selected HTTPS origin, and certificate validation remains enabled.
Validation:
7 Rust unit tests and 3 launcher unit tests passed; rustfmt and Clippy passed.
Launcher browser tests passed for mobile widths, themes, keyboard input, validation, retry, resume and confirmed switching.
Existing authentication browser tests passed for input retention, network retry, expiry, throttling, 2FA, recovery codes, verification and logout. Their theme selectors now match the existing radio controls.
Web build, macOS development app build, ESLint and TypeScript checks passed.
The user manually verified the native app: login/2FA/logout, remember-me after restart, offline startup/retry, preservation of form inputs and server switching.
The expanded native GUI smoke harness was compiled but was not rerun after the launcher startup fix; native GUI verification was handed to the user as requested.
This PR targets feature/KAN-51-tauri-macos-scaffold, the recorded and updated base branch from which KAN-52 was created. KAN-51 is PR #147.
