KAN-48 rebuilds project access management with searchable people and team lists, responsive permission editors, and a server-derived effective-access summary showing direct, team, and global-admin sources. Existing additive permissions and assignment endpoints are preserved.

The editors support clearing assignments, validation and request errors, retries, keyboard navigation, and unsaved-change protection. Removing the current user's last project-admin grant redirects to Projects instead of a forbidden access page.

Depends on KAN-47; this PR targets feature/KAN-47-teams-and-membership. KAN-23 is already included in that base.

Validation:

  • 38 targeted PHPUnit tests passed (320 assertions): ProjectAccessTest, ProjectAccessUiTest, ProjectControllerTest, PermissionServiceTest.
  • Browser behavior checks passed for direct/team changes, clearing assignments, refreshed effective permissions, validation/403/network/server failures and retries, unsaved changes, keyboard interaction, and 320/390/1440px in light/dark themes.
  • Laravel Pint, frontend lint, production build, and TypeScript checks passed.
  • Full suite omitted at the user's request; targeted coverage was sufficient.
