KAN-42 rebuilds ticket types, priorities, and author/story-point display options in the shared project settings layout. Ordered lists and focused dialogs support creation, renaming, position changes, and deletion with scoped validation and unsaved-change protection. The last type/priority is visibly protected, and the parent capability remains fixed after creation.
Type deletion explains and requests the existing replacement mapping. Priority deletion explicitly warns that the existing backend cascades deletion to assigned tickets; this PR preserves that behavior. New UI text uses translation keys. Custom fields and link types retain their existing functionality for KAN-43.
Base: feature/KAN-41-allowed-status-transitions, as requested.
npm --force run types:check (force only bypasses the project's pnpm package-manager guard)
git diff --check
Local browser fixture: keyboard rename/reorder, type creation and parent capability, duplicate-name validation and recovery, required deletion replacement, final-type protection, display-option save and retained focus, priority deletion warning, 390px mobile layout in light/dark themes. No browser console errors.
Build succeeds with existing unresolved Inter font asset warnings. Full PHPUnit suite was declined; targeted checks were requested.
