KAN-39 rebuilds general project settings with the existing Emerald design system, responsive settings navigation, and English translation keys. Project identity and ticket display values show their source; template areas distinguish inherited settings from local overrides.

Template switching and deletion retain exact project-key confirmation. Individual resets now open a confirmation dialog, retain required ticket-status replacements, and use the existing form feedback and retry handling. The existing backend template behavior is unchanged.

Base: feature/KAN-38-personal-git-connections, as requested.

Validation:

  • 34 targeted PHPUnit tests passed (ProjectControllerTest, ProjectTemplateOverrideTest, ProjectGeneralSettingsUiTest).
  • Browser behavior checks passed for scoped resets, status replacements, switch/delete guards, validation, server/network failures and retries, keyboard focus, and 320/390/1440px in light and dark themes.
  • pnpm run lint:check, pnpm run build, pnpm run types:check, vendor/bin/pint --dirty --format agent, and git diff --check passed.
